The MetroPlex is a place for our community to thrive. The Metroplex is a one of a kind state of the art facility located on 9 acres of land off Greenwell Springs Rd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. More than 85,000 square feet, this building is an original blueprint created by Boutte & Ashford and designed by Val Tech & Associates.

The Metroplex includes an:

• Office/Small Business Incubator

• Food Court

• Sportsplex

The Office space has an small business incubator, office space to lease, conference rooms, library, wi-fi lounge, and a reception hall for events.

The Food Court includes food vendors, restaurant, event hall, and indoor & outdoor bar.

The Sportsplex includes a fitness center area, aerobics/yoga room, weight training with a dietician on site, 6 basketball courts with concession area, walking/jogging track, indoor playground, and youth center.

This Metroplex is a first of it’s kind, an original blueprint created by great minds for future generations.
